R3X Backup System Terms of Use

Purpose and authorized users

The R3X Backup System is a private desktop utility intended for the account owner's personal R3X software backup and recovery activities. It is not a publicly available service, a school application, or a student portal.

Owner responsibilities

The owner is responsible for selecting authorized, non-identifying project files; excluding identifiable student records and confidential credentials; protecting Google OAuth credentials; and verifying the integrity and recoverability of backups before relying on them.

Google Drive access

Use requires Google account authorization. The owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account controls. Google Drive API access and stored content remain subject to Google's applicable terms.

Availability and recovery

Backup services may be interrupted by networking, local computer errors, storage limits, authorization failures, or third-party service changes. No guarantee of continuous operation or successful recovery is made without appropriate verification tests.
